You are truly hands-off during the entire build process, while we handle the paperwork, permits, and people employed on your project. This is a great avenue for those with larger families or busy lives. We'll tackle everything, and hand you the keys when the build is complete. Easy enough?

We'll meet you halfway
Maybe you thought you'd have the time and energy to work with a custom builder, but need assistance on specific tasks, like submitting permits, or finding an excavator or meeting with an HOA, etc. Maybe you've already ordered your home and signed a contract, but feel you're in over your head, and want help in pre-construction. Working with an on-your-lot builder is a part-time job, and many times it can be very stressful. If you have five kids, a family member falls ill, or you start a new job, whatever the reason, we'll step in and take the project off of your plate. This is a great option for those who have already ordered a home and have done work, but want to be done with it and pay someone else to work the rest way to cross the finish line. We'll meet you halfway, at midfield.

Consultation services before ordering your home
Most on-your-lot builders will enforce homeowner responsibilities. In the early stages of a project, this typically includes that the homeowner/s verify and confirm the accuracy of any/all jurisdictional information (i.e. setbacks, height restrictions, power and water locations, unique permitting, design criteria, etc.). And in many instances, surveys or reports are needed by planning or building departments. To save money and headaches down the road, this pre-contract assistance service is ideal for those wanting confidence and certainty that all requirements and items are in order at the time of contract signing.
