 Hi, I'm Taylor Writer.

I help build homes.

Most general contractors or equity driven on-your-lot builders utilize joint-house building agreements or contracts that require homeowner participation. This is where I step in. You don't worry about a thing.

Building a home (whether it be an investment project, a vacation cottage, or your dream home) with a custom builder does not need to be complicated. You should not have to worry about paperwork, unnecessary change orders, jurisdictional collaborations, or site development contractors, utility companies, etc. For many, building a home can feel like a second job and become the source of a tremendous amount of stress...And hence, this start-up was born.

My goal is to support people through their home building adventure, and to make the new construction process as easy and streamlined as possible. My team and I offer innovative power of attorney style consulting services, in addition to mentorship and guidance. For me, this service start-up is a dream. We're growing like crazy and stoked for what's to come.

In any spare time, I enjoy my family (my mom and pops, husband, and daughter) to the absolute fullest. And strive to finish my dissertation on female leadership in the US construction industry.
